Due to the digital nature of the products sold on the Guitar Presets Marketplace, no returns/refunds will be given after purchase as there is no way of returning the product once purchased. If you have issues with the product, please reach out to the vendor.

Guitar Presets, LLC serves as an intermediary connecting buyers with sellers for digital presets by providing the marketplace/website and related functions to facilitate the purchases and sales. Guitar Presets, LLC does not own the inventory and as a result, is not responsible for the quality of products. By using the website and making purchases or sales, you agree to these terms.

Vendor Terms:

Vendors must make the presets they sell themselves or have written permission/consent to sell on the behalf of someone else. It is not permitted to resell a preset you bought. Vendors who violate this will be removed.

Due to the changing nature of business as well as hosting and payment costs, your commission percent may change overtime as needed to keep the Guitar Presets platform/website running. If a change is needed, you will be contacted in advance.

While every effort is made to keep everything running smoothly on the platform, unforeseen issues such as payment gateway, storage, compute and other infrastructure issues could occur which could delay commissions in being paid out. If such an event were to occur, Guitar Presets will payout the commission as soon as feasible and you agree to not hold Guitar Presets liable for any such event/delay.
