After playing hundreds of set lists and spending countless hours tweaking tones in the studio, I’ve put together some of my favorite delays from throughout the years! The Strymon Timeline is an incredibly powerful tool in creating both simple delays and deep, complex sounds. This pack has everything you need to plug and play and get great tone. From steady tape delays to snappy digital repeats, there’s something for everyone in this pack. These presets were designed from the ground up in stereo and for stereo, but they sound great in mono as well. Check out the included pdf to see some of my favorite settings and recommend preset pairings from the Bigsky pack!
The video below uses the HILLS1 delay setting included in this pack (set to 126bpm), and the HILLS1 reverb setting included in the Bigsky pack.
Once you’ve downloaded the file, unzip the folder and pull the .syx file into the left “folders” section of Nixie. From there, you’ll be able to drag and drop all of the presets or just select the ones you’d like.
Presets included: BETHEL1, BETHEL2, UPPER1, UPPER2, HILLS1, HILLS2, ELEVATE1, ELEVATE2, BLESSING, SWELL
