These aren’t just the same preset with more mix—they’re carefully dialed so you can move between them within a song while maintaining clarity to prevent you from falling out of the mix. As the reverb increases from 1 → 3, I’ve adjusted:
- Predelay (to keep your attack defined)
- Decay (for depth without mud)
- Low-end response (to avoid mix buildup)
- Modulation (for width and movement)
- Dispersion (to control how the reverb spreads and blooms without washing out your tone)
How I recommend to use them:
- WGB Cloud 1 for busier/rhythm parts or when running more gain
- WGB Cloud 2 is my typical go to that I leave on for most parts
- WGB Cloud 3 for slow, spacious sections where you want to fill the room (typically with less gain), or where you want extra verb.
Setup Instructions: After downloading the file, unzip the file and then upload the presets into your Strymon Bigsky using a Midi cable and your Bigsky editor (such as Nixie or Nixie 2). You’ll be all set to go!
